Strive Counseling and Consulting Services is a growing private practice in the North 32nd St. and Shea area. We are currently looking for licensed therapists that want to be in a private practice setting without having to worry about the business side of things.
We are currently looking for someone that can commit to at least 3-4 days per week and will have a minimum of 20 sessions per week. We are specifically looking for someone that can accommodate our clients looking for evening (4pm-7pm) and weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday) appointment slots.
We will help you build a caseload that fits with your specialty and desired scope of work. All candidates need to be willing to participate in growing client caseload and understand that work will increase over time, but will not begin with an immediate full caseload. Please keep in mind that it may take between 30-90 days to get you to your desired caseload.
This is a W2 part-time/full-time position and the earning potential is up to you. Compensation is a percentage based on the revenue that your caseload generates. You will also receive payment for your administrative time (spent doing notes, treatment planning, etc.)
We will only consider Independently licensed therapists for this position!

- Clinical assessments

- Clinical documentation for assigned clients.
- The practice will take care of all administrative and billing tasks, so you can focus on your clinical work!
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE A CURRENT LICENSE TO PRACTICE IN ARIZONA
- Current State of Arizona license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD
- Willing to work AT LEAST 20 direct client hours per week
- Preferred: Prior private practice experience
- Preferred: Experience working with kids/teens
- Prior credentialing with insurance panels a plus, but not required
- Willingness to become credentialed with at least one insurance panel

- Must show certificates of training if you specialize in certain areas
- We do not work with AHCCCS plans
