Stacey Rowland is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona. She was born and raised in Florida, and relocated to Arizona in 2012. She is married, has two young boys, and a feisty dog named Jazzy! Stacey enjoys spending time with her family, reading, playing and listening to music, and traveling.

Stacey received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, where she also earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Stacey has extensive clinical training and experience in public mental health agencies, including residential and outpatient settings. Prior to private practice, Stacey held the position of clinical director in a residential treatment center for adolescents in Scottsdale, AZ. Additionally, she continually attends professional conferences and seminars to further strengthen her clinical skills.

Stacey also holds a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional certificate (CCTP), and has a considerable amount of knowledge and expertise in the treatment of trauma and traumatic grief. Stacey has completed training in trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Stacey is also a registered clinical supervisor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and is qualified to provide non-licensed practitioners with clinical supervision to work toward licensure.

Stacey is passionate about helping individuals and families address their mental health concerns. In therapy, she works collaboratively with her patients to identify and meet therapeutic goals. She uses a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, and feels that everyone has the ability to make positive changes.

Kerrie is a licensed professional counselor who specializes in the treatment of trauma, depression, and anxiety. Kerrie works with individuals and couples, and has extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. Kerrie uses a trauma informed view, and incorporates personal strengths and resources.

Meagan is a Licensed Associate Counselor who provides compassionate, client-centered care to adults facing life’s challenges. She enjoys working with trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, caregiver stress, chronic or terminal illness, and adjustment to daily stressors. Meagan believes that no issue is ever “too big” or “too small” to seek support.

Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and holistic, with a focus on creating a safe space where clients feel understood. Meagan’s specialties include CBT, DBT, and EMDR, as well as person-centered and strengths-based therapy. She draws on these approaches to create a customized experience for each client.

Meagan is passionate about helping clients develop coping skills, set boundaries, strengthen self-advocacy, and heal from the impact of trauma on both mind and body. She believes therapy can empower individuals to move forward with greater confidence and balance in their lives.

Kusha Giahi is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona with a Master’s Degree in Counseling. He’s passionate about helping clients strengthen their sense of self through identifying passions, motivators, and goals. Primarily utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy, he seeks to connect thoughts, behaviors, and actions to increase life fulfillment.

Kusha has experience supporting a diverse population through his history working in community mental health. He’s passionate about working with people within the LGBTQ+ community, supporting people through life transitions, helping people set boundaries, and facilitating processing anxiety symptoms, depressive symptoms, and self-identified trauma. He strongly believes in acknowledging little steps to success while maintaining a forward-thinking mindset to continue growing. He’s direct in challenging barriers to growth while adapting his approach based on each client to ensure a comfortable pace.

Michelle works with individuals across the lifespan, including children as young as two, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Michelle also has specialized experience supporting healthcare providers and individuals working or volunteering in animal welfare organizations. Her therapeutic approach integrates interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, existential therapy, and person-centered methods, and is strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed.
Michelle has experience addressing complex trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, perinatal mood disorders, fertility struggles, developmental challenges, acute and chronic illness, life transitions, attachment trauma, conflict, parenting, and relationship issues. She also understands the special education system and supports families navigating it.

She utilizes a range of evidence-based techniques, including Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, EMDR, DBT, ACT, and somatic approaches. Michelle has completed EMDRIA-approved basic EMDR training and additional training in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Adlerian Play Therapy, AutPlay, Synergetic Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, DBT, and EMDR with children. She is currently in Phase Three of the Association for Play Therapy credentialing program.

Michelle is a National Certified Counselor and a member of the American Counseling Association, EMDRIA, and the Association for Play Therapy. She is committed to walking alongside clients on their journey—because no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone. She understands that life can be challenging and approaches each client with warmth, empathy, and a holistic perspective. She believes in meeting people where they are, collaborating to support them through struggles and mental health challenges so they can achieve their goals and dreams.

Abbra is the warm voice that new clients hear when they reach out for their first appointment. Abbra manages all incoming referrals, schedules intakes, and assists in managing the daily operations of the practice. Abbra is a Phoenix area native, and enjoys being able to help support her community in the mental health field.
