Modern life doesn’t make it easy to figure out who you are, what you want, or how to connect. Especially for men. Whether you’re wrestling with identity, navigating dating, or just feeling isolated — you’re not alone.
This group is a safe, supportive space for men (and those identifying as men) ages 25–45 to have real, honest conversations and build real, lasting skills. No posturing. No pressure. Just connection, growth, and support.

Group Details
📍 Location: Phoenix Office (2990 E Northern Ave. Suite A100, Phoenix, AZ 85028)
🕠 Time: Tuesdays, 5:30–7:00 PM
📅 Dates: Sept 3 – Oct 29 (bi-weekly)
💵 Cost: $250 total
👥 For: Men ages 25–45, not in a committed relationship
Group Facilitators
Jake Schott, MA, LPC
Jake is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in men’s mental health, anxiety, and adult ADHD. He believes that every man deserves a safe, supportive space to explore who they are, build emotional awareness, and move forward with clarity.


Mahjabeen Qazi, MC, LPC
Mahjabeen is a Licensed Professional Counselor with expertise in trauma, mood disorders, and relationship dynamics. She’s passionate about creating inclusive spaces for men to feel seen, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey.
